What These Projects Entail
Putting Green Construction - Topsoil will be removed with backhoe. This will be relocated to the #2 fairway area where line construction has left the ground damaged. Trenches will be dug (again with backhoe) for drainage down to creek. Pea gravel and drainage will be laid. Sand mix will cover to the required depth and seeded. This project will take several week nights and one full weekend to complete.
Hole #5 Bridge and Tee Remodel - The bridge sitting to the left of #5 fairway by the barn will be moved and replace the existing bridge. The #5 tee box will be moved to the right to allow for the new bridge. This project may require two weekends.
Burn Party - One day burn of weeded areas.
End Of Year (Plug and Sand Greens) - Any and all help would be appreciated.
#6 Fairway Standing Water - Drainage line leading from 150 yard marker down to fence ladder crossover will be removed by golf course staff. This was initially scheduled as a volunteer project.
